Heavy Duty FR Cotton over the chest, shoulder, and back to reduce the jacket’s weight, comfort and coolness. Side split cowhide is incorporated on the arms and abdomen which are high impact areas from heat and spatter. This jacket is versatile for all welding applications include those generally requiring full leathers.
This product is intended to be used for all arc welding processes like MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, micro plasma, spot and gas welding as well as plasma and oxygen cutting, gouging, brazing and thermal arc spraying. Because applications vary, it is the user’s responsibility to identify the right product for each application.
Side split cowhide in combination with 520 gr/m² flame retardant fabric is used with 3 ply KEVLAR® for manufacturing this product as well as current isolated push buttons and hook and loop fastening materials for the closures and reinforcements. No washing, tumble drying and ironing is allowed. Store dry and at temperatures over 5˚ Celcius.
