Lovely vintage OTAGIRI 1982 Hen soup tureen with ladle. Stamped on bottom and the original Otagiri gold label. Hen is about 8" tall at the comb and 10" long overall.
For being a 40 year old ceramic hen, she is in very good condition with only minimal chips on her comb. See all photos for a clear description of the piece. I see no crazing in the glaze. I don't believe it has ever been used for food, only as a display piece.
