    Description

This is a Very Rare 1950’s Original Paolo De Poli Enamel On solid Copper, total weight is 1 1/4 pounds, door pull. This door pull is in excellent condition considering it’s age. There’s a small metal plaque baked into the enamel on the reverse side, which is stating, in raised letters, that it is “an original De Poli made in Italy for the Yale & Towne Mfg. Co”, better known to us for their Yale locks. This item appears to be a one of a kind because of the small silver, which looks like sterling or silver plated plaque. Or the plaque was only applied to items going to the Yale company. The
Plaque measures 13/16” by 1/2”. The entire pull is 1/4 of an inch thick with two outside and inside mounted threaded screws, 3 inch spread, and total depth is 3/4 of an inch from the front edging of the pull to the end of the screws. The copper pull measures 6 1/2 inches long by 3 1/2” wide by 3/4 of an inch thick and as I said earlier weighs 1 1/4pounds. This Beautiful and artistic pull would definitely add the perfect look to any mid century home.
