The TIF6600 actually listens for ultrasonic noise created by vacuum and pressure leaks, rather than sense for specific compounds like halogen or combustible detectors. Therefore, it can be used to find leaks of any compound, known or unknown.   These detectors use sophisticated electronics to detect the ultrasonic noise created by pressure and vacuum leaks. Both feature one hand operation, low battery indicator, are completely portable and have a flexible 15.5" stainless probe.
