This is a 1969 Series 62 K issue of a "20 FRANCS - 20 - 1969 SERIE 62 K - BANQUE NATIONALE SUISSE" - 20 FRANCS - banknote from Switzerland.  The banknote is serial number marked "SERIE 62 K - 022319".
The note is in good shape - overall clean for a note which has been in general circulation, no written markings, paper quality in good condition, some circulation handling marks, folding marks, some margin folds / wear present, center main fold mark with a couple of internal small tears at the center folding mark - I am not a currency expert so I am not offering a grade on the item - please use all the provided photographs to determine condition.
