This is a 1969 Series 58 D issue of a "10 FRANCS - 10 - 1969 SERIE 58 D - BANQUE NATIONALE SUISSE" - 10 FRANCS - banknote from Switzerland.  The banknote is serial number marked "SERIE 58 D - 077071".
The note is in good shape - overall clean for a note which has been in general circulation, no written markings, paper quality in good condition, some circulation handling marks, center folding marks, some margin folds present  - I am not a currency expert so I am not offering a grade on the item - please use all the provided photographs to determine condition.
