Sopako rations vary from box to box, but some of the entrees are:
Beef Ravioli with Meat/Soy Sauce, Cheese Tortellini in Tomato Sauce, Chili-Mac (Macaroni and Beef in Sauce), Spaghetti with Meat and Soy Flour Sauce, and Vegetable Lasagna,
Beef Stew, Cheese Omelet with Vegetables,
Grilled Chicken Breast,
Meatloaf with Gravy, Penne Pasta with Veggie Sausage Crumbles, and
Southwestern Chicken with Black Beans & Rice.
Each of the 14 rations include: Entree, dessert, snack, bread, Napkin, Spoon and Seasoning as well as he Field Ready Heater.
Sopakco Meals contain between 900 to 1,250 calories per meal, depending on the entrée and individual components. (all boxes do not contain the same meals, and contents may vary.
