SETTLEMENT

We take great care and time in purchasing, describing, picturing, packaging and shipping our merchandise. Once an item is sold, the highest bidder is the new owner and no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please review the item description and pictures carefully. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid. In the rare instance an item is damaged in shipping, buyer agrees to cooperate fully with insurance claim; this includes providing pictures showing damage so we can initiate claim, retaining packaging, damaged item and possibly returning both to local post office and filling out damage form. Any refunds as a result of damage will be paid *after* insurance claim is approved by USPS/FedEx. If buyer is not willing or able to cooperate with the claim process, a refund will not be issued.
SHIPPING
Items will ship within 5 business days of cleared payment.
Shipping costs within the U.S. include shipping, handling, insurance, delivery confirmation and proper packaging materials.
If you use paypal, we can only ship to paypal confirmed addresses.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship directly to anyone in the continental U.S.  For international sales, we *only* ship through eBay's global shipping program.  We do not make any exceptions to using the global shipping program for bidders outside of the U.S.A. due to the security and convenience it offers for international shipments. With the global shipping program, the purchase is first shipped to a U.S. shipping center in Kentucky where all international shipping details are handled and then shipped to buyer.  We have no control over duties, taxes, international shipping charges, etc. and can not make modifications to these charges as they are automatically generated by eBay on the invoice.
