    Description

A remarkable circa 1815 antique English Mason's ironstone lidded sauce tureen that is hand painted with a fence and peonies, and it is accented with gold gilt. The base has an impressed mark, and the lid has a printed mark. The base is approximately 7 and 5/8" wide, 2.75" high, and 4.5" deep. The lid is 7" by 4.5" by approximately 3" high. This is marvelous example of early Mason's ironstone, and, with restoration, it will be truly amazing.
