Here is a very large and rare mid century modern Italian lamp.
Beautiful lavender high glossglaze center, depicting a modern Italian woman. Her image repeated 11 times, each alternating facing forward, and the other with her backside, separated by 2 trees.
The top and bottom is a flat brown clay with extreme fine lines.The top of the lamp is black painted wood, as well as the base. The crown is white glass and brass. Superb condition, no chips or age cracks.
Marked 8861 Italy, the style is that of Raymor, Bitossi, Gambone,Fantoni the artist is Fratelli Fancillacci.
Measures 36 1/4" x 9 1/2" - Base 8 1/2" x 3"- Ceramic 21" x 9 1/2"
