Large 40" Anthony Redmile Objects Mirror Grotto Style Seashell Encrusted Frame
This listing features an exceptional large vintage Anthony Redmile "Objects" Round Mirror, with a multi-layered, grotto-style seashell encrusted frame. Impressive round mirror elaborately decorated with a variety of sea shells. The glass is round, as are most of the layers that radiate outward. The mirror's outer edge, however, is an octagon, but the shift in shapes is subtle. Labeled on the backside and a heavy central brass ring provides secure hanging. Redmile Objects sticker on back, London England. A fine all original piece. Please note this is an early piece done by Anthony Redmile.
In exceptional condition. No issues with the mirror, and the piece is structurally perfect. One tiny shell on the inside edge is missing (certainly not noticeable), otherwise completely intact and mint. Measures approximately 40" at outer rim, visible mirror is approximately 21 3/4".
