The Lamy Al Star Fountain Pen L71F in black is a classic fountain pen designed to be sophisticated enough for a professional writer to enjoy while simple enough for a novice to use it. It is created by Lamy, a German manufacturer and designer of pens. Taking its design cues from the Lamy Classic Safari pen, it allows you to express your beautiful writings and designs with ease. The simple and classic design looks great and feels sturdy in the hand. The body of the pen is made of lightweight and sturdy Aluminum metal and is capped with an interchangeable polished silver steel fine sized nib. The characteristic ergonomic smoky grey translucent triangular grip section is comfortable in the hand and makes for smooth writing. The design is capped off with a flexible chrome wire clip for securely storing it in a notebook or pocket. The pen uses a cartridge filling system that can be modified to use with Lamy Z24 converter (not included) Includes 1 Blue ink cartridge. (Note: To ensure quality performance, LAMY tests their pens as a final step in manufacturing. If you happen to see any residual blue ink, rest assured that this is normal.)
