HUGE Lot of hard-to-find collection pieces with charming details and sound effects for days of play!
Complete puzzle mat base, separate Sunnyside Farm mat, separate Fun Flights Airport mat
16 different “sets” include 62 people, 19 animals, 19 vehicles + Train Set (see pictures) and multiple accessories, see ALL photos:

I collected the parts of this set over 3 years time and invested over 0.  Downsizing home and no longer have space to display it.

1. Complete puzzle mat base for town set up, approximately4.5 x 3 feet (53 x 35.5 inches)
2. Cottage/Family Dollhouse: TV lights up when a figure sits in the recliner, phone/doorbell ring
when pressed, stove makes cooking noises. Includes: doghouse, picnic table, BBQ grill, & family car.
3. Main Street Church: Plays 2 tunes, “Here Comes the Bride” and church bells.
4. Main Street Café & Bakery: includes removeable tray of baked goods & delivery van
5. Rosie’s Flower Stand: includes 4 removeable potted plants and delivery vehicle
6. Main Street Firehouse: includes fire truck with ladder, fire truck with bucket, Fire Chief’s car
Makes 4 separate fire station alarm noises and cat meowing.
7. Protect & Serve Center: 2 police car, 2 police motorcade cycles with sidecars
Doorbell rings when mat is stepped on, phone rings
8. Doctor’s Surgery Hospital: includes 2 ambulances
Doormat rings, exam table makes a coughing sound when patient is put on it.
9. Village Vet: includes pet ambulance
Exam table makes barking and meowing sounds when patient is placed on it.
10. Sunnyside Farm Barn: includes separate plastic playmat patterned like farm ground, chicken
coop/rabbit hutch, tractor with detachable trailer and haystack, interlocking fence pieces with gates,
hen on nest, 2horses, pig, cow & sheep.
Weathervane, rooster, and another pig also included, see separate picture.
Makes 5 farm animal sounds: pig, cow, horse, sheep, chicken.
11. Village Park Accessories: water fountain with bird, 2flowering bushes, 3 trees.
12. Campground: includes truck with detachable camper, tent, cook stove and raccoon.
Camp stove makes sizzling sound and whistling kettle sounds when pressed.
13. Fun Flights Airport: includes separate plastic playmat with runway and helicopter parking, Air Traffic
Control station, weather cone flag, helicopter. Plane is included but missing front propeller piece.
14. Village Train Set with Working Train: includes all track  pieces & red light, canopied train station with
clock, 3-piecetrain starts to run when Conductor or another figure is placed in seat.
15. Seaside Set: includes beach store, lounge chair, man in umbrella chair, Captain/store clerk,
scuba Boy, lady in bikini, little girl with sand spade, seagull on nest, & sandcastle.
