    Description

    SMALL FRENCH SLIP PAINTED COVERED CASSEROLE ~ SOUFFLENHEIM SAVOIE JASPE
    This small lidded Soufflenheim casserole
    appears to have never been used
    .  It a has thick slip painted pattern in green and cream against a pumpkin colored background. Little polka dots enhance the pulled side handles and top knob.
    Condition is excellent
    with the ocassional glaze chip or flea bite and small age-appropriate crazing.
    No cracks;  no hairlines
    .  Dates from the first part of the 20th century.  Measures 6” in diameter
