    Condition is "New".
    Each package contains 1 cup freeze-dried whole milk powder. The milk is
    pasteurized
    whole milk from a local creamery here in upstate NY.
    We freeze dry and package all of our products in house. Each
    one
    cup
    of milk powder is packaged in a resealable
    7 mil mylar pint bag. Each package is heat sealed above the resealable strip of the bag with an
    oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, the freeze-dried milk has a 25-year storage life.
    To
    rehydrate
    = 1:1 milk powder and water.
    Remove oxygen absorber and discard. Add water to powder until desired consistency achieved. Some clumping may occur which is normal, just break up the clumps before mixing with water.
    Freeze-Dried products are great for long term emergency food storage. Each package weighs only a few ounces so they are lightweight and great for camping or travel.
