Vintage Boleslawiec Polish Pottery Baker Dutch Oven Soup Tureen...there is no maker's name on it - - it just says hand made in Poland, however the logo symbol is consistent with Ceramika Artystyczna pottery. It stands approximately 8" tall (with the lid); 5.5" deep (without lid) and has a diameter of 9.25" across the widest (center) portion...it holds approximately 5 quarts and has an intentional indentation for a spoon in the lid. It is done in a stencil-like blue rose pattern with small blue polka dots throughout and cobalt blue trim. It is hand made, hand painted and scratch & chip resistant. It is excellent, near new condition with minimal signs of use and no noted flaws.
