    semi porcelain serving dish with handles (no lid) by Smith & Ford, England. RHONE pattern in brown transferware. Registration number 234560 dates this to 1894-1895. In good antique condition: No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. There are some stains and small pits in glaze.
