Antique Signed Finely Carved Louis XV Console & Mirror w/ Marble
Carved and signed by Leo Garreis, 1934, with scrolling Rococo crest over the mirrored plate and white marble top, all on the wall mounted serpentine base with elaborate matched carving, to recessed acanthus carved cabriole legs, carved in signature and date to the back side of apron. 107 x 51 x 23 1/2 inches
Provenance: Provenance: Carved in St. Louis Missouri, circa 1930, by Austrian immigrant Leo Garreis (b.1873).
