BEAUTIFUL...LARGE ANTIQUE CAULDON ENGLAND FINE PORCELAIN LIDDED TUREEN ANTIQUE ROSE WITH GOLD DETAIL.
This lovely Cauldon England lidded tureen is round in shape and is beautifully decorated in an antique rose pattern with green foliage and gold trim details. Clearly marked on the bottom as shown in photographs provided.
Originally purchase from and imported by Gilman Collamore & Co.... a high-end New York City department store and importer of fine porcelain and glass. This department store was considered a rival of Tiffany's at the time.
Condition: it is in superb well-kept condition. No noted damage... Cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. It appears as if it has never been used. Just beautiful.
It is a larger deep tureen measuring 13" across handle to handle. The actual diameter of the opening of the tureen is 8.5".  With the lid on it measures approximately 10" in height.
